"I used my Korg X50 for most of 'Journey' with patches like :
Slow Strings
Punchy
Metallic Low
UFO Space
Random Reso.
Then also used Akai midi keys for the Choir in Logic Pro, along with Drums and Bass (basic dark patch) and some acoustic with the Ovation.
Tweaked the frequency modulation a lot, cutoff, output high pass filters, etc. (twisted the envelope generator and modulation generators a lot...lol)"

My guitar solos are all done with the Carvin SH65 & GR-55 using the "Poly-Synth Legato" patch and octave pedal expression.
Roland GR-55 was also used for additional Alto Vox Chorus, and the intro Bell Guitar & Synth Sweep.
