Feels like you are combining a lot of ideas in one track. An amazing mix of the lead synth pointing at the future (in a very nervous way), while the rest sounds like going back in time (Progressive Rock), in a waltz rhythm.
Original, quite a combination. Enjoyable!

A fascinating and complex composition. Love that grand main riff with the bombastic drums and that solid bass. Truly wild and inspired.

Triple play infused eclectic fusion piece Maestro! Great drum/rhythm/bass track. Awesome bridge 2:51 to pulsing guitar power! Unique, interesting and creative jazz fusion track Maestro! Your music is always above my pay grade Michael.

My Mahavishnu radar reacted to this! Love the complex time-signatur groove. The violin in Jerry Goodman style is outstanding and also very inspiring.. My gues is that you like me have listen alot to Mahavishnu back in those days and still does.

This is simply stunning. One of my very favourites of yours - it's just my taste. Such a great prog sensibility to it, like the very best from that genre - reminds me somewhat of the awesome Porcupine Tree, but the sound is pure original MD. Great riffing on that VST viola too! Brilliant!

This is really fusion of genres and instruments. The violin-synth sound is a rare choice for this kind of music, but you make it shine throughout. Beautiful little melodies there on top of ostinato bass tones. A fantastic take on the challenge! A favourite for sure!

I was looking forward for yet another fantastic FUSION track after the one ( "the next logical step" ), and you did it!!!
Capitan Mike, your music quality and skills, the attitude to arrange and compose let me everytime kinda stunning, what a beauty this one called " Between Planets". If I am not wrong you used electric violin as lead instrument. only few muscians ever tried to put this classic instrument into a modern work: following the "Fusion" tradition you made a clever choice, yes, perfectly fitting into the theme.... My compliment once again to your genius CAPITAN!!! :)

Quite a distance between planets, but compared to the rest of the universe - not even a millimeter ;) Very cool work out on the Fishman Michael - great ideas surrounding an excellent arrangement!
